Attentive and smart students can make up for poor quality teachers by self-study without any supervision, which is very essential for success in the future.

Conclusion

Some believe the academic achievements depend on the teacher while others believe it depends on the child's willingness and attitude, from my point of view I believe both quality teacher and student’s attitudes towards education are equally important and therefore active and positive participation is the key to successful education rather than blaming anyone alone.
